\n<\/span>A yearly ritual of lying to yourself politely.<\/span><\/p>\n

So no promises.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No \u201cthis year I will\u201d.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No motivational nonsense.<\/span><\/p>\n

But 2026 still stands apart.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not because it\u2019s convenient.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Because it\u2019s consequential.<\/span><\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t about goal-setting or trends.<\/span>
\n<\/span>It\u2019s about an <\/span>entrepreneurial mindset in 2026<\/b>\u2014and what it actually demands.<\/span><\/p>\n

2025: The Year That Aged Me (In a Good Way)<\/b><\/h3>\n

2025 has been\u2026 interesting.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve learned more this year than I have in many years combined.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Hard lessons.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Uncomfortable lessons.<\/span>
\n<\/span>The kind that don\u2019t come from books or panels.<\/span><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s the grey hair.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Or just age finally doing its job.<\/span><\/p>\n

But something shifted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Patterns became obvious.<\/span>
\n<\/span>People became predictable.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Systems showed their true incentives.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is what the <\/span>founder mindset<\/b> eventually gives you\u2014not optimism, but clarity.<\/span><\/p>\n

My core beliefs haven\u2019t changed.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Not one bit.<\/span><\/p>\n

But what those beliefs are about to lead to\u2014my decisions, my risks, my responsibilities\u2014is changing dramatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s what real <\/span>leadership during uncertainty<\/b> looks like.<\/span><\/p>\n

OMLogic: When Systems Fail, Not People<\/b><\/h3>\n

OMLogic was flourishing.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Momentum.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Clients.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Team energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then came the Google hack.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve never seen <\/span>system failures in business<\/b><\/a> drain the life out of a healthy company, you\u2019ve been lucky.<\/span><\/p>\n

This one didn\u2019t just hit revenue.<\/span>
\n<\/span>It hit morale.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Focus.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Time.<\/span><\/p>\n

It forced survival mode.<\/span><\/p>\n

And yes, it\u2019s likely heading toward a lawsuit.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Not out of ego.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Out of necessity.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the side of <\/span>startup leadership<\/b> and <\/span>business risk management<\/b> no one glamorizes.<\/span><\/p>\n

OMLogic in 2026 either comes out leaner, sharper, and battle-tested\u2014<\/span>
\n<\/span>A case study in <\/span>operational resilience<\/b>\u2014<\/span><\/p>\n

Or this chapter closes having taught lessons success never could.<\/span><\/p>\n

Either way, it reshapes my <\/span>entrepreneurial journey<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solh: Quietly Ready to Take Off<\/b><\/h3>\n

While one company fought friction, another was preparing to bloom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solh is ready.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not \u201cstartup ready.\u201d<\/span>
\n<\/span>Not \u201calmost there.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Execution-ready.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Impact-ready.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Emotionally ready.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is what <\/span>building resilient businesses<\/b><\/a> actually feels like\u2014quiet, grounded, unspectacular on the outside.<\/span><\/p>\n

2026 is where Solh either becomes what it was built to be\u2014<\/span>
\n<\/span>Or shows us what still needs to evolve.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s <\/span>business transformation<\/b>, not branding.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m betting on it.<\/span>
\n<\/span>But I respect reality too much to assume.<\/span><\/p>\n

That balance is the real <\/span>entrepreneur mindset<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Geography Is Expanding. So Is Exposure<\/b><\/h3>\n

2026 doesn\u2019t stay local.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • China work is ramping up. Strategic. Complex. Serious.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>\u2022 Canada continues to surprise and contradict.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>\u2022 UAE is opening doors that don\u2019t open casually.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>\u2022 Australia enters the picture for the first time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This isn\u2019t travel.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>It\u2019s <\/span>global business expansion<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    And <\/span>scaling across geographies<\/b> doesn\u2019t just bring opportunity.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>It brings exposure.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Exposure tests character faster than success ever will.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Especially when you\u2019re making <\/span>founder decisions<\/b> with no precedent.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Decisions That Don\u2019t Come With Undo Buttons<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Some decisions coming in 2026 will permanently change my life.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Not optimizations.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Not experiments.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Fork-in-the-road decisions.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>The kind tied to <\/span>high-stakes decision making<\/b> and long-term consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n

    I won\u2019t spell them out yet.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Not for suspense.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>For respect.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Some things need to be lived first.<\/span><\/p>\n

    That\u2019s part of <\/span>long-term business strategy<\/b>\u2014knowing when not to explain.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Why I\u2019m Calm (And Slightly Excited)<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Here\u2019s the part that confuses people.<\/span><\/p>\n

    I\u2019m psyched.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Not because success is guaranteed.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>But because meaning is.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If 2026 goes well, it will be spectacular.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If it goes badly, it will still be one hell of a ride.<\/span><\/p>\n

    As my friends like to say:<\/span>
    \n<\/span>\u201cWhatever shit goes down, KG will somehow have fun and come out happy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    They\u2019re right.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Because I stopped measuring years by outcomes a while ago.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>I measure them by aliveness.<\/span><\/p>\n

    That shift\u2014away from burnout, toward <\/span>entrepreneurial resilience<\/b>\u2014changes everything.<\/span><\/p>\n

    And 2026 is going to be very alive.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Everything Changes in 2026<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Career.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Geography.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Responsibilities.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>Trajectories.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This is the <\/span>business outlook for 2026<\/b>\u2014not predictive, but personal.<\/span><\/p>\n

    My beliefs stay the same.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>What they lead to will not.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This isn\u2019t a resolution year.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>This is a bet-the-table year.<\/span><\/p>\n
