Google MCC Hacks, Silence, and the Cost of Power Without Accountability<\/b><\/h3>\n

This is not a rant.<\/span>
\n<\/span>This is a record.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the second time in a few months, <\/span>my Google MCC has been hacked<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is not an isolated incident. The pattern mirrors what many agencies and advertisers have already documented in cases of<\/span> Google Ads account hacked and MCC suspension<\/b><\/a>\u2014unauthorized access, automated account creation, financial exposure, and a complete absence of timely support.<\/span><\/p>\n

Same pattern.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Same damage.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Same outcome.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hundreds of <\/span>unauthorized ad accounts created automatically<\/b>.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Money potentially being spent.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Businesses exposed.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Clients at risk.<\/span><\/p>\n

And once again, no real support from Google.<\/span><\/p>\n

Five days and counting.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is not bad luck.<\/span>
\n<\/span>This is not a corner case.<\/span>
\n<\/span>This is not \u201cone-off\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is systemic.<\/span><\/p>\n

THIS IS NO LONGER A TECH ISSUE. IT\u2019S A CHARACTER ISSUE.<\/b><\/h2>\n

At this point, there are only two explanations left:<\/span><\/p>\n

One:<\/b><\/h3>\n

A catastrophic collapse of internal capability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Poorly trained staff.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Broken escalation systems.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Zero ownership.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No urgency when real businesses are bleeding money in real time because a <\/span>Google Ads MCC hack<\/b> has compromised multiple client accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

For a company that positions itself as the backbone of the digital economy, this level of <\/span>Google MCC security failure<\/b> is indefensible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Two:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Internal malpractice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because when:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 The same <\/span>Google MCC hacked<\/b> pattern repeats<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 The breach method looks identical<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 <\/span>Multiple Google Ads accounts are created without authorization<\/b>
\n<\/b>\u2022 No forensic report is ever shared<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 No explanation is ever given<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 No accountability is ever visible<\/span><\/p>\n

Then the problem stops being external.<\/span><\/p>\n

In my view, all indications point inward.<\/span><\/p>\n

SILENCE IS NOT NEUTRAL. IT IS A STATEMENT.<\/b><\/h2>\n

I\u2019ve spoken to senior people.<\/span>
\n<\/span>I\u2019ve escalated through every available channel.<\/span>
\n<\/span>I\u2019ve formally written emails that will never see daylight.<\/span><\/p>\n

The response has been consistent:<\/span><\/p>\n

Polite conversations.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Zero outcomes.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No acknowledgment.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No answers.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No urgency.<\/span><\/p>\n

When <\/span>Google Ads support does not respond<\/b> during an active MCC compromise, silence is not negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is abandonment.<\/span><\/p>\n

GOOGLE SUPPORT IS DESIGNED TO EXHAUST, NOT RESOLVE<\/b><\/h2>\n

Let\u2019s be honest.<\/span><\/p>\n

Google\u2019s support ecosystem is not built to protect businesses facing a <\/span>Google Ads account hacked<\/b> situation.<\/span>
\n<\/span>It is built to protect Google.<\/span><\/p>\n

You cannot:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Speak to decision-makers<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Stop damage in real time<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Get post-incident clarity<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Hold anyone accountable after a <\/span>Google Ads MCC security breach<\/b><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, MCCs are not hobby dashboards.<\/span><\/p>\n

They are revenue engines.<\/span>
\n<\/span>They are reputations.<\/span>
\n<\/span>They are client trust.<\/span><\/p>\n

When <\/span>MCC accounts are compromised<\/b>, businesses don\u2019t \u201cwait\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

They bleed.<\/span><\/p>\n

BIG TECH HAS OUTGROWN ACCOUNTABILITY<\/b><\/h2>\n

This is bigger than one company.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is about power.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, large tech platforms:<\/span>

\n<\/span>\u2022 Control advertising<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Control cash flow<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Control survival<\/span><\/p>\n

They are bigger than most governments and answerable to even fewer.<\/span><\/p>\n

When something goes wrong\u2014when <\/span>Google Ads accounts are hacked in India<\/b>, when agencies face repeated MCC compromises\u2014Indian businesses have no real recourse.<\/span><\/p>\n

No regulator with teeth.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No response timeline.<\/span>
\n<\/span>No consequence.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is not a customer service problem.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an economic safety problem.<\/span><\/p>\n

THIS IS A CALL FOR INTERVENTION, NOT SYMPATHY<\/b><\/h2>\n

India is building a digital economy on infrastructure it does not control.<\/span><\/p>\n

When global platforms fail:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Indian agencies collapse<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Indian startups suffer<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Indian entrepreneurs pay the price<\/span><\/p>\n

A system where:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 Money can disappear<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2022 <\/span>Google Ads Manager Accounts can be hijacked<\/b>
\n<\/b>\u2022 And no explanation is owed<\/span><\/p>\n

Is not a free market.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a hostage situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

TO ENTREPRENEURS, AGENCIES, AND THE ECOSYSTEM<\/b><\/h2>\n
